  • France & Belgium : Free delivery from €100 purchase (otherwise fees calculated at checkout).
  • International : Free delivery on orders over €250 .
  • Preparation : 3 to 7 working days.
  • Delivery : Timeframe indicated at order confirmation (depending on the chosen carrier: La Poste, DHL, UPS).

2. Do you deliver to my country?

Yes, we deliver worldwide .

3. My parcel is lost or returned, what should I do?

  • Lost package : Contact us immediately via the Contact page with your order number.
  • Returned package : You will be refunded upon receipt of the return, and will need to reorder if necessary.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking link will be sent to you by email once your package has been shipped.

How do I return an item?

  • Delivery time : 14 days after receipt.
  • Conditions : Product unworn , in its original packaging, with tags.

When will I be reimbursed?

  • Within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of the return, on the same payment method.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are designed in France and made with hypoallergenic materials (nickel-free 925 silver, genuine gold) to be suitable for sensitive skin. They are then shipped from our partner workshops in France.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Advice

  • Avoid : Seawater, swimming pool, contact with other metals.
  • Store them in their original pouch or box.
  • Wipe them dry after contact with water.
  • Do not mix them with other jewelry to avoid scratches.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Manufacturer's warranty : 1 year (covers manufacturing defects).
  • Repairs : Possible upon request (contact us via the Contact page ).
  • Veneering : Veneering service available (contact us ).

Do you offer custom-made jewelry?

Yes! For a personalized piece of jewelry (wedding, event), send us your project via the Contact page .

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

  • Cancellation : Possible within 2 hours of ordering (contact us quickly).
  • Modification : Not possible once the order has been prepared (return required if error).

  • Pour les commandes livrées dans l’Union Européenne, les prix s’entendent TTC (toutes taxes comprises) sauf mention contraire.
  • Pour les livraisons hors UE, des taxes locales peuvent s’appliquer à la réception (voir section “Frais de douane”).

Selon les périodes et options disponibles, vous pouvez :
