1. How do I know if a necklace will suit me? → Try the "finger test" : if you can slide a finger between your neck and the necklace, the size is ideal.
2. Can I resize a ring after purchase? → Our 24K gold-plated rings cannot be resized. For 925 sterling silver rings, a jeweler can sometimes adjust them (+/- 1 size).
3. How to layer several necklaces? → Start with the shortest (40 cm) and add increasing lengths (50 cm, 60 cm) for a harmonious effect.
4. My bracelets are tarnishing, what should I do? → Our 925 sterling silver and gold-plated jewelry is treated with an anti-tarnish coating. To care for them, use a soft cloth and avoid contact with water and perfumes.

- France & Belgium : Free delivery from €100 purchase (otherwise fees calculated at checkout).
- International : Free delivery on orders over €250 .

Our products are designed in France and made with hypoallergenic materials (nickel-free 925 silver, genuine gold) to be suitable for sensitive skin. They are then shipped from our partner workshops in France.

- Avoid : Seawater, swimming pool, contact with other metals.
- Store them in their original pouch or box.
- Wipe them dry after contact with water.
- Do not mix them with other jewelry to avoid scratches.
What does the warranty cover?
- Manufacturer's warranty : 1 year (covers manufacturing defects).
